Ulead Video 11.5 Plus Cannot convert DVD /VOB File!

I just brought Ulead 11.5 plus and to my shock the DVD Movie file or .VOB file (Its default file name is VTS_01 etc) does not work with the progam! I have Ulead 10 which works fine with these files but not 11.5 plus. Please someday tell me that there is something wrong with the settings otherwise I just wasted £50!
