does anybody know where i can get this so called patch for assassins creed to stop it freezing baring in mind i have yet to connect the ps3 to the internet?

If I'm not mistaken, you have to be connected to the internet to download and install the patch--unless you can get the patch somewhere else (on a pc) and then transfer it to the PS3 (via a flash drive, for example).

yea thats what i thought problem is i cant connect the ps3 wifi for a while yet as i dont have a wireless internet conection for it however im am hoping to sort this asap but in the meantime does anybody know a site where i can dload the patch to a disc of flash drive
