Is it possible that different Wii 's like different brand/dye media?
Only reason i ask is that previously i have been using G04 & G05 dye disc, but did purchase some TY03 Verbatims and most if not all get disc errors, try the older backups and they work flawlesly, i only bought the TY03 discs on reviews on and around forums like these, the new discs did coincide with the Wii update but i would'nt have thought that would have stopped any new backups working? would it??
Firmware 3.1 (PAL Europe) Wiikey 1.9g

DVD writer has latest firmware and have been burning with IMGBURN @ x4....have tried other speeds but still same..found some G04 discs online so have ordered them ...will try them when they arrive...

Any comments?

Just an update..i got the G04 dye disc and burnt a couple of games which gave me the error message with the TY03 disc...all worked fine, not had an error message since.....its funny how some discs work in some machines and others dont!
