What error is it giving?

by the way I am almost done updating that guide. There are new files that need to be downloaded. So you might want to wait and refresh the page and start over again after I have finished updating the guide.

Is your OS Vista or XP?

If it is Vista try to find someone you know that has XP and use there PC to do it. Vista has issues with logically formating the Memory Stick.

Theres always a possibility of it being the Memory Stick as well. Make sure it is Magicgate supported. Check this by going to Game Menu Memory Stick and press triangle. Then select information and check under Magicgate.

If it says Supported then the Memory Stick should be fine. If it says Unknown or Unsupported then you have a fake Memory Stick and need to try a different 1.

I dont think the magic stick would do much for you if you dont have a pandora battery...

All you can do is try using the 4GB.

Do you have a PSP with custom firmware? If so then follow the guide you are on.

If you only have access to an Official Firmware PSP then you will need to use this guide HERE. The Easy Installer steps are the same for both guides but your options for the Pandora battery part is going to be different.

You will need to buy a Datel Tool Battery or Hardmod the battery you have now if you only have an Official Firmware PSP.
