COD4 quick question about LAN game (maybe really stupid question)

I noticed that COD4 has LAN game option; I was wondering as my cousin has the 360 version is it possible to host a game on my PS3 and he joins Via the 360 on LAN? Properly not but hay worth asking!

Using a wired router obviously, I'm going to go see him soon just don't want to waste my time taking my PS3 there and finding out the hard way that it don't work lol.
