Hi guys !

First off I would like to thank all of those who put the FAQa together. They have helped a lot !

I purchased a PSP for my wife for xmas and liked it so much I purchased one for myself. I had mine soft modded at a store. It was a lot cheaper then getting the tool battery or buying a new battery for the pandora hardwire. The firmware was flashed to 3.71 M33 and I managed to create a pandora battery (softmod) and magic stick.

Flashed the wifes PSP with 3.71 M33-2 and it works great ! Now I wish to update both to 3.71 M33-4 and a little stumped after alot of reading.

From what I understand you should be able to download the update 3.71 M33-4 file name is (EBOOT.pbp) I moved the file to my /psp/game and it does not give the option to run. What am I missing ? I thought you can do a straight update from the MS without having to using pandora ?

what am I missing here guys ?

Thankz ! Oh and happy new year !

it should be /PSP/GAME/UPDATE/EBOOT.PBP. the psp should then recognize the update.

smart move on the pandora's battery. always keep one on hand.
