This is kind of a add question I have constantly updated my firmware on my PS3 is there a way to reset the PS3 firmware to it's original factory setting??? thanks

No,im afraid not,you are stuck with the firmware your on,there may be a way in the future to downgrade the firmware as you can with the PSP.
