SwapMagic + Gameshark?

Hi there, dont mean to be rude but i thought you guys could help me.
Im using a backup version of gameshark v4, booted through swapmagic 3.6. Gameshark boots ok, but when i then put in my games disc it says cannot load disc.
If gameshark isnt going to work is there any other methods?
