UMD emulator is way to old... check out the mod and frameware forum for new custom framewares which can run CSOs without any emulators.. Its yor current best option

well the old way is lenghty and tiring. and it can only play the old games. so better upgrade it to higher custom firmware. upgrade ur psp to 3.51 m33 then 3.51 m33-2 and then 3.51 m33-3. after that upgrade it to 3.71 m33-4 which is the best firmware till now.
