You have basically formatted the PSP and reset all settings to default. I think you possibly re set your plugins to disabled.

Enter recovery, scroll down to plug ins and check to see if the popsloader plugin is enabled & the CXMB plugin. You may need put them back on the MS if the plugins are not even there.

Did you flash your themes to flash0? If so, that is why they are gone. You will need to re flash them back if you want them.

Formatting flash0 is ok to do but as with all formats will wipe all your settings.

You do not say what firmware you are on but i assume 3.71?

Larrylje has a good guide for the recovery menu, not sure i can post a link to it but if you put 'recovery menu m33' in the search bar it will explain what the recovery menu can do, might be worth reading that before you press the button.

I am hoping my logic is correct here so if not people, please re-educate me

PsP#1 : 2.01>3.71M33-4>3.80 M33-5
PsP#2 (Slim) : 3.80>3.90M33-2 All hail the UPMS Stck
If you need a UPMS Stick go here and then go here :-) *As recommended by January39
