Burning VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS to DVD

I used DVDShrink to backup one of my DVDs. The result left me with two folders, VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS (although AUDIO_TS is empty). How do I burn the result to a DVD so I can play it through a normal DVD player, and do I need to burn both folders? Thanks.

When using a burning program select the Video_TS folder as input and your drive with blank disc as output. What program are you going to burn with?
