So earlier this week I went to buy 2 used xbox 360 games, then I went at my place, put the cd in and... doesn't work.

None of the 2 games I bought actually works, so I went back there, they replaced the cds.

I go back home to try the cds and they still doesn't work.

They should give me free of charge brand NEW cds of those 2 games(but eh, like they would)

I'm going back there thursday to get my money back and I'm never buying there again.

Anyone else had bad experiences like this?

I will Always be there

Indeed, but I can't clean the scratches...

Its like I put the cd in, game starts as soon as the game starts, even before anything shows up, it closes and says the cd doesn't work.

When buying used disks - ask to inspect the disks before you put your money down.

If the store won't let you check them visually before buying - just take your business elsewhere.

like the other guy said ... just check the games visually before you leave!!!!! A used game from EB is no different than a used game from anywhere else.

Another tip for buying used games is compare the new and used price of the game or accessory you want because sometimes you aren't saving very much so you might as well buy it new.

EX) I went to eb and bought far cry for the wii two days after it was released in perfect condition for 24.99 instead of 59.99 but, on the other hand i went to buy a wireless adapter for my 360 and the used one without instructions or warranty card and it was very grubby was 5 dollars less than brand new so i bought it new

i have heard of buffing light scratches out with brasso, but there is no way it would work on a gouge in the game.
there are some store bought systems that will take the lihjt scratches out, disk dr. or something like that.
here is some afterdawn members ideas.
