You bricked.

First of all, what was the last thing you were doing before you bricked?

i was just playing a game. then the psp just froze and turn itself off. since then anytime i try to switch it on it freeze and turn itself off.
then today i went throught the direction on how to fix it. from this web
http://my.afterdawn.com/larrylje_redwings/all_blog_entries.cfm

i got to the place that says
"Now drag the RECOVERY folder that came with the download above to the /PSP/GAME folder then toggle the USB connection off".
then it froze again and turn itself off. then i tried on switching it on again then is shows blank, black and bright. so please direct me on how to fix it.

You need to follow the guide and finish it.

Go back into recovery menu and start following the guide at select "RUN PROGRAM AT /PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP"

You need to convert the battery to a Pandora Battery then recover using the newly created Magic memory Stick + Pandora Battery. Why follow a guide if you don't do all steps.
