Ok I would like to request, if possible, a plugin for 3.71 M33-4 that would allow me to display games using interlace with component cables.

not possible. all games are set in progressive scan. you would have to have the game recreated in standard format.

The PSP doesn't have a hardware interlacer, so the interlacing would have to be done in software. It's not possible because you just won't have enough power to interlace the frames while running a game.
