my brother has had his laptop for a yr now and he has never had the wireless network working, it has built in wireless connection and it says it's turned off, I've tried all sorts i'm no computer wizard but i know a little, i cant find out how to turn it on? or if it even works, he has had a wireless adapter you buy on it and it worked but cant get the built in one to work, as for disk's i'm pretty sure there isn't any that have the drivers on, should it need it, i thought it would all be ready to go? also on a separate note, i cant delete his norton, I've installed AVG, spyware doctor and zone alarm so theres no need for norton, but when i go to add/remove its not there? and i cant delete it from the norton menu, is there another way? help much appreciated
