well i have a frien with a slim psp slim 3.60.. To run iso/cso games he need´s to upgrade to 3.60 m33 or 3.71 m33?? how can i do it??? can you guy´s help me??

You Need Pandoras Battery. Here are a few threads.

This link is if you do not have a Custom Firmware Enabled PSP But you can get a PHAT PSP Battery.

i can upgrade 3.60 to 3.71 m33-2??
i put my slim with ofw 3.71 to 3.71 m33-2.. can i do the same process with the 3.60???

Yes you can using this guide HERE. Just use your 3.71 M33-2 SLIM to create a Pandora Battery + Magic memory Stick to install 3.71 M33-4 to his PSP SLIM.
