I've got a new HP w/ Vista Home Premium. I've got an ISO image file on a CD of a program .exe I want to install. Aparently I have to unlock it first. The only program I've that will touch it is Roxio Basic, but all it seems to do is copy it to disk and back to CD. Is there a freeware program out there, that will unlock and install this program?
