1. How do i tell what make my 360 is, looked all over and couldnt find any thing that suggests what make it is.
2. What is the best and most up to date firmware to use, and how should it be installed.
3. Inserted backup disc msg read to play this disc insert in to xbox 360 does any 1 no what i did wrong, yes my 360 is modded. many thanks to any1 who helps.

1. What do you mean "what make it is"? do you mean which drive you have? if so, you have to open the 360 to see what drive it is. alternatively, you could play the percentages and try www.360drives.com

3. colin mac dirt downloaded and burned my self most of the back up i do work just fine but had 2 or 3 with this msg it also comes in lots of languages.

you'll have to open the 360 to truly determine the drive you have. even if you can tell it's a hitachi, there are at least 4 different ROM Versions for hitachi drives. there are tutorials all over youtube regarding how to open your 360.

i don't know a lot about downloaded games. sounds like you downloaded other region games, and may not have region-free turned on. i have only made backups of originals, so i have no experience with other region games. sorry.
