can anyone help? -before i throw the pc out of the window lol.
i bought a desktop with Vista Premium, burned a few cd's in windows media, always one track distorded. tech helpdesk suggested i use "Power to Go" (which came in the bundle). no problem.
i have now created a home dvd using "Ulead Videstudio 11 + ". when it comes to burning it stops around 20-30% into it. error message "unspecified error (5)"
again tech advisor suggested i use "Power to Go", using this the burning still fails with error message "burn failed-detected error"
tried burning a cd using Power to Go-this also fails. i have tried 4 diffrent brand of disk's/different speeds without success.
i've managed to copy the log of the burn (see below) - not sure if it's enough for anyone help but fingers crossed
