Just brought myself a Pioneer BCD-S02 Combokit to my surprise the drive came without any cables or screws!!!! I have just ordered a ATA data cable and power cable. The last time I installed a IDE DVDR drive im sure I had connect an audio cable to it?, will need to do this with my Blu Ray drive? I already have 2 Sony DVDR's installed.

you shouldnt have to unless theres a audio port in the back of the drive. evan then like some cd drives you dont need the audio cable to hear sound. you should be fine with out it
