backing up Bourne Ultimatum, shuts down

DVD Shrink will "open disc", but after I hit "Backup", it waits about 10 seconds then completely shuts itself down, (DVD Shrink). I just tried a different movie to make sure it wasn't simply the computer.

I've already gone through that thread, still not working, and I don't have AnyDVD.

I usually just open DVD Shrink, open disc, backup, then burn with Nero
