Having trouble with DVD burners

I have 2 dvd burners,along with this I have dvd shrink, dvd decrypter, and even an extra hard drive to store my movies on.
I had to re program my windows vista, since doing this it will not burn movies to the 2 dvd burners, any help would be great.
