pstwo not reponding with tv and doesnt spin dvds

hi there
i sucefully moded my pstwo now a friend asked to mod theirs pstwo.
but its doesnt read cds or dvds and not even responds with the tv!
i have openit it seams that everything is ok!but doesnt work!
i put a litlle of glue tape on the back sensor, the sendor works but doesnt spins the disk and all the sensores are being pressed!
the elevetor of the lens comes near the motor of the thing that makes the disk spin and the lens doent blinks red!
wats wrong?

thereare some usefull tips but nonne of them help the me.
my ps2 wont even send image to the tv, i dont really know whats wrong witj it.

Ark,

Try a different A/V cable. I have had two bad cables in my time. I got one of those 3 in one cables, MadCatz I think, and the only one that works in the PS2 one. The Xbox and GameCube connectors suck. I also have a bad PS2 cable. Something in the wires just broke....

Try a new one and see what happens, or borrow one from a friend.

i have 2 pstwos and 2 PS2 tried all the cables and no good, all the cables work but the pstwo doesnt.
