no, and u dont need one. The psp has already have a built in WIFI

i don't have a wireless router i use my nintendo connecter to wifi with my ds

I don't think you can. I think it's only for the DS.
You'd need something like a universal wifi adapter to create an access point on the pc to connect the psp to.
That or a wireless router.
