How do I load other people's saves?

I downloaded the saves and I have made sure the game region are the same (ie both north america version)
and the save file code are the same as well.
But I can't load it, it says file corrupted. plz help me~

when you download a game save, do not change anything. any changes to the folder will corrupt the save.

Yea I figured it out. I wasn't suppose to change the folder name. I changed from ULUS10271-001 to ULUS10271-002 and it stopped working... =.=
