hey,
i cant find verbatim discs anywhere iun the Uk for a reasonable price.
im after 15 maybe 20 descetn singapore made discs.
wheres the cheapest place t buy them in the UK?

Just google or use shopping.com to find the Verbatim prices yourself, do some research on your own, and find it yourself instead of asking others. What I did.

or you could actually post something useful, instead of coming into the forums and being a dick to everyone, ive yet to see a post from you that was useful.
but back to the topic, there was a couple of posts made about 2-3 months ago along the same lines, looking for cheap verbs in the UK. so if you do a search on here for them, they should pop up for you. the cheapest i found them for the UK was 1.13 pounds each, but i'd check ebay or something like that too.

hi there mate
i myself wondered this very question this morning as im the UK too.
I found svp to be the cheapest but...
i went to my local pc shop where i bought my pc and have always gone to to buy anything pc wise. I spoke to him about flashing my xbox and also where the cheapest place for verbs to backup my games were. He told me that svp was the cheapest but he highly recommends "Arita" which are also dual layer 2.4x but are alot cheaper. He can get them for me for £8 for 25 discs but i looked on the net and found them at online price around £13 for 25.
Within the next week i am having a pioneer burner installed to burn my backups and ill post the results but he said he has used them for quite along time and they have never let him down, which you will find is most peoples opinion on them if you google it.
They apparently use the same dye as verbatim's
just thought id let you know anyway...its up to you mate =]
i know i wil most likely get told nothing beats verbs, im not trying to say these are as good as verbs but they are incredibly good. I think they are made by ri-tek.. ?
anyway hope i'v helped a little atelast

Hey,
yeah ive jsut found a pakc of 50 for £22 exluding VAT which is pretty damn good compared to varbatim prices.
does the fact they are printable matter in the slightest or will non printable be cheaper/be more reliable in any way?

yeah i was told they were cheaper but still very good quality espesh for backing up 360 games
ermmm i suppose logic would say non printable would be cheaper =s but who knows these days
i know the ones i am going to use from my local pc shop who suggested them will be the printable ones, as i said i wasnt going to print on them, but he said yeah i use them for my backups but i dont print on them either.
guess they must be as cheap / cheaper than non printable lol who knows
ermmm as to the reliability etc i wouldnt imagine that the printable or non printable are worse than each other,

CPC has them for £28.50 + VAT + Delivery for 10 !!!!!!!!

What if you bought them from american stop, online. would't they be cheaper? The dollar is 2 to 1 pound. does it work that way?
