1. Why is it that when you try to restore your PSP with a different PSP's NAND you will get a permeant brick?

2. Is anyone still on 3.03 OE-C? Or at least any of the other OE firmwares?

1. A NAND dump is a physical dump of your PSP's flash. It creates a single file that contains everything on a sector-by-sector basis. This includes your PSP's ID Storage Keys, which cannot be altered as attempting so will result in a brick.

2. Most people, by now, have upgraded to 3.71 M33-4. Some run off of 3.52 M33-4 because it supports 1.50 kernel natively (i.e. doesn't require the add-on).
