ULaunch.elf problems - Won't load custom saves!

Okay, I finally figured out how to get Ulaunch.elf working, right? The main reason I want it is to use custom save files from GameFAQs and such.

Yes, Im lazy. Sue me.

Moving on... I followed a certain guide (link at the end of post) to the letter, and it still didn't work. I went into uLaunch, went to file browser, deleted my old save, went to my MASS, copied the new file, then pasted into the memory card. Did NOT work.

I have tried 2 different flash drives, 3 different file types, and 2 different memory cards. Nothing.

The game Im trying to do this with is Naruto Shipuuden: Narutimate Accel 2. I am doing all this with PS2 Save Builder 0.8x.

you have to use the respective cheating device to get the savefile. so you have to use codebreaker or gameshark2 to get the file. they are compressed into certain formats that only the cheating device recognizes.
