No Gapless Audio playback on PSP Slim?

Just a small question.

I use to own an old PSP fat till it got stolen. I listen to allot of live DJ sets. I split the large mp3 with cue splitter into multiple files with there appropriate track names so when i would be listening i would know the name of the tracks. This worked fine with my old Fat PSP but on my new slim one it doesn't playback gaplessly there a slight break between the tracks.

Does anyone have any ideas they could share it regards for a solution.

it's has nothing to do with being a DJ if i take my MS and put in into a fat PSP it plays fine

i don't think that there is a solution for this. the breaks are tehre to signal the change of track

Even the iPod Touch who has higher (CPU) clock speed than PSP dont have gapless playback.

I just find it strange that the Fat ones play the files gapelessly (i don't thing that's even a real word, gapelessly?) and the new slim ones don't.

try upgrading to 3.80 M33. Sony cancel the gapless audio in firmware 3.70. However, it was put back in firmware 3.72.

@dj_mushin , there is no such ting as 3.72 M33. There 3.72 HX but not 3.72 M33. U got the 3.71 M33

it wasent DA, it was Sony . They silently took it out the gapless audio, then it was put back again.
