Try using Pandoras battery. As long as its not a hardware fault it should get your psp going again

You have a few options but making one for yourself is likely the cheapest.

This will help you create the tools required to un brick (if you are bricked). Gd Luck

I do not think there is a way to unbrick without a Pandora battery, if you cannot borrow one or use someone else's PSP to make one, my only suggestion is to get a external card reader to convert the MMS and purchase a Pandora Battery or datel.
I'm not an expert but im not 100% sure that is a brick, but i have no other idea what it might be either. Does not help you much really.
Just thought - There are few people here that can un brick it for. There may be a small charge for postage and stuff but will get your PSP going again

Press and hold r-trigger when you turn your psp on!
maybe thatway 2 put the right files on memstick!
Our PSP runs on 5.00 M33-6
415 tested GAMES
START 1.50 > DevHook 0,46 & 0,51 < 1.50 > 3.03 OE-C > 3.10 OE-A > 3.40 OE-A > 3.71 M33-4 > 3.80 M33-5 > 3.90 M33-3 > 4.01 M33-2 > 5.00 M33 > 5.00 M33-4 > 5.00 M33-5 > 5.00 M33-6

-It doesn't turn on that way, right now i'm trying to make the pandora battery, but ithink it only works for semi-bricked psps. i really hope it works.

pandora's battery works on ALL psp's. slim, fat, bricked. semi-bricks are recoverable because they have access to recovery mode.
you need to somehow get the files onto the memory stick. a camera or card reader will do.
ps2: v7 scph-39001 - independence exploit - hdloader 0.8c - maxtor 300gb hdd
(+[__]%) psp slim ta-085v1: 6.60 PRO B10
wii (powered by bootmii/priiloader): 4.1u - d2x v10beta53-alt (base 56) - configurable usb loader v70r51/devolution r188 - wd scorpio black 7200rpm 320gig w/ ams venus ds2 enclosure
got a whole lot more to list . . .

Borrow another psp. Put mem stick in first then pandoras battery just to see if it is set up correct. Dont worry about changing the borrowed psp because you have to press buttons to install. Its just to test your battery
