Yep. Games are region free for PS3. But PS2/PS1 games are not.

i do not believe so. if the voltage is different the ps3 will fry. im not exactly sure if voltages are different but if they are you can use a voltage transformer to get it to work

Aussies use the same voltage as North America. Its just Europe and Asia thats 220v I think.

eh...? on the back of my ps3 games it has the logo for region 2 i.e. pal.
Can i import games from other regions?
