i new to modding 360 and i have read a few things all with different views and i am looking for the most current up to date instructions that make this process the simple
questions
1. do i need a sata card for my pc if i can skip this i would love that
2. do i need a sepcial dvd burner i have a lite on dl burrner and it
3. do i need to open my xbox 360?
worked with all my xbox and ps2 games
3. whats the best products to by to mod
4. where is the cheapest and best tools for opening the 360
any help is much appreciated

from reading some of the sales pitch for xbox connectivity kit it says that i wont need to open my console but once and also i was reading in a few post that i wont need a sata chip with the connectivity kit version 2 it connects to the usb. not sure how true all this is and there is so much conflicting info its hard to find whats right and whats not. but basically i want to get the most easy method to flash my drive. if any one can point me to an up to date method to flash drives that uses the newest products that would be much appreciated.
i have readed hacking for dummies ect watch videos ect
so i have been looking around im just trying to find some concrete clarity before i spend a lot of money

You gotta open your console to flash it, no way around that.
Check out www.360mods.net, lot of crap there about it. Google it too, you'll find a realy good video on how to flash it. You gotta know what you're doing; pay someone who can do it, if you don't think you can.
