I have a samsung 360 I am going to flash, I know how to do all of it except which version of the software to put on the drive. When I connect to xbins, what is the type of ixtreme which is most commonly used? Disc speed, and also what is the quiet and what not?

1.4 iXtreme. And 8x seems like the most popular. It's fairly quiet yet still reads fine.

I use 5x and it is barely heard at all. It works fine, just takes a little to run... if that doesnt bother you.
