Hi i was going to update the software on my ps3 from v1.94 to v2.10. are there any benefits from this or defects just incase a shouldnt as i hav herd rumours of ps3s breaking whilst playing some games with certain sofwares. Any ideas....?

Benefits of upgrading from 1.94 to 2.10,Custom Themes,Divx Support,Voice Masking and playing PS1 games over Remote Play,there are more but i cant remeber what they are.
