Basically, this problem has been killing me for awhile. I have a 400GB Maxtor for my PS2 HDD but it only lets me use 30GB before it starts giving me "drive read errors". It works perfectly otherwise ;)

Has anyone else ever had this problem?

Failed Solutions:

1. Complete Reformat of the drive using Winhiip

Solutions to be attempted:

1. Use a newer IDE Cable

2. Potentially format it back to PC and run whatever programs I can to fix w/e problems there are (probably diskcheck, etc.)
