Suspended due to non-functional email address

Had a hard time backing this one up, finally by using DVDFab HD decrypter to hard drive then transcoding with Clone DVD2 had success. I couldn't get Shrink to cut this movie down to proper size.
If someone had good luck with Shrink (my personal favorite) could you give me some hints
