Having spent many an hour trying to backup 3:10 to Yuma and having read all the threads Binkie directed me back to the threads on this and finally the light went on and hope this helps all of you. Rip with DVDFab HD Decrypter run FIXVTS and then the compression on Shrink will go down to 4463 MB and you should then be able to burn a backup
