3.02OE-A to 3.40OE-A??? HEADACHE!!

I've been trying for a whole week to change my firmware from 3.02OE-A to 3.40OE-A , and it's just NOT working T_T!!
I don't know what i'm doing wrong, and I did step-by-step guides but there is no use.. All I get is "The game could not be started (80020148)".

The game I downloaded is Final Fantasy:Crisis Core.. My firmware is 3.02OE-A and a site had written that to play this game I need either 3.40OE-A or 3.52 M33 (but it's not the same one I downloaded the game from?) .. please help me, i'm going insane!!!

Don't go to 3.40 OE-A.

People who use 3.40 OE-A is like people who use Windows 3.1.
