My UMD doesnt want to load...

Ive been using a UMD every time i play my ISOs and its always been working until one day i turned on my PSP and my UMD wont load anym0re and when ever i try to click a game it hangs then i g2 reset my PSP the harder way by taking out the battery.. :((
My version is 3.52 m33 updated from the 3.03 OE by Kernel..
Note: My PSP Isos were wokring before and i had no problems then. :((

Maybe you worn it out ..LOL... Personally i'd upgrade to 3.71 m33-4 and do away with the whole umd thing!!

Some have had issues like this updating from OE straight to M33.

My advice is using this guide HERE to recover back to 1.50 and update back to a clean 3.52 M33-4 install.

Then go HERE and update to 3.71 M33-4 with 1.50 ADD ON-2 custom firmware (3.52 M33-4 must be installed first).

After you have installed whatever custom firmware you want go HERE and follow the steps to get your ISO/CSO games working properly.

how can you tell wether the 1.50 add on is installed or not?

The only way to really tell is to run a few 1.50 homebrew application on the PSP. If it runs then it is installed.
