Is there anyway to export a savedata from my 360 harddrive and save it on my pc or a isb or something like you can do with the PS3?

They have things that can transfer saves from your hard drive to PC. I bought one but so far have not really gotten the hang of it. I did what i needed to do but the saves did not show up on my other hard drive (i was trying to transfer from old HD to PC then to new HDD). I know it should work i just have to figure out why it didn't.

So there is no way to use a USB or anything (not paying to do it), wow m$ really suck every penny they can from people.
