Is it alright if I go ahead and upgrade to M33-m4 now ? or is their something I have to do ?

its currently 1.5 and sicne its a TA Model it has to be FAT (or i thought eaither way its FAT)

Of course you can upgrade to M33. TA-082 motherboards have been upgraded to M33 ever since M33 came out. Every M33 installer patches the ID Storage Keys (on a phat) so it can be upgraded on a TA-082 motherboard. Where have you been the last year???
