How to remove IR Shell 3.81 from psp Mem Stick

Can someone tell me which folders I have to delete on the Memory stick?

Just the IR shell folder? or seplugins as well and the some stuff in the PSP/GAME and PSP/GAME150 folders?

Please help me out. I'm a noob at this, obviously.
