NEED HELP WITH CHAMELEON CHIP

Ok I have a chameleon chip installed and flashed it with an executer2 bios. So now when i start my xbox I see the factory xbox display but it says Executer2 under the large X on startup. Is this what is supposed to happend after flashing? . Also i tried booting evo X in the factory xbox screen and it said it cant read the disk . Can someone help me here what is the next step after flashing the chip?

Seeing the Xecuter logo is a good sign.
Next would be to download an Auto Installer program and use that to install all your apps onto the Xbox harddrive.
You'll need either a CD-RW or DVD R or RW
