I had my Wiikey installed from a pro and he put in my backup games and they worked perfectly. However it's been about 1 week and the games don't respond accuratley. Every once in a while, the game gets a disc error or doesn't even show up in the disc channel or it just works for a couple of times. Does anyone have any experience with this? Or know how to make it better?

PS: I use ImgBurn and Sony DVD-R at 4X

could just be the media you are using, a lot recommend Verbatims, my Wii seems to like the ritek dye....try updating your dvd writer firmware and change your media.....

Every combination of burner and DVD media has a sweet spot when it comes to burning speed.

Burning at 2x or 4x seems to works for most, however experiment with higher speeds as well when using discs rated at high speeds.

I also agree that i have never had a problem with RITEK dye.
