question about modeb: i'm pretty experianced in flashing hitachis, and i've never ran into this before. i run slax on my 78, and after it's done, other than showing up in windows, it shows NO other signs of modeb. it does however take two button clicks to open AND to close. what's wrong?
Its not a problem, this happens to me every now and then when I flash a hitachi drive, and the flashing process always works fine, as long as it displays one sign of being in modeb, then you dont have to worry, its like someone getting sick, they can have some symptoms of an illness, but not all, well thats an easy way of looking at it. ;)
On one particular occasion, a v47 drive was refusing to show any signs of modeb apart from coming up in windows, and I flashed it without any problems.
