wiikey stopped working

i installed my wiikey awhile ago and havent had any major problems.but then i unplugged my wii to take it to my cabin and when i hooked it up it wouldnt play burnt games but played original.so when i took it back home i did some research and tried using the update 1.9g disc, didnt work it just said unable to read disc. trie config 1.3 sme thing, so then i tried the recover disc and still the same message. any tips?

PS i burn with image burn at 4x with dvd-r

Can you take a picture of your install? I want to see if there are any fishy looking wires.
