Well this is also known as Pirated games. Which is illegal, unless you own the original that you copy it is illegal. And as far as I know this forum does not have anything to do with such discussions.

Absolutely, as long as you own the original you can make as many backups as you please. But who follows these rules, well not many, I'm sure, but it is the rules.
