Hi I jsut finished burning a couple movies which i ahve downloaded onto my comp. The qulaity of the dvd's on my computer are great, but after burning them onto a momorex dvd-r disc using convertxtodvd, on medium encoding speed and burning at 4x, the disc works and everything but the picture gets choppy thougout the whole movie. The disc is perfectly clean

Hi

1) use good media as Taiyo Yudens
2) burn with imgburn if possible, free from www.imgburn.com

also depends on the avi used, if its just about ok as avi then after converting to dvdr it can get worse, this is due to changing from avi to dvd is 2 losses/changes of format with each one is a loss in quailty.

and choppyness is usually cheapo media, i noticed you use memosux, there not the best discs...

Nothing here to see, move along folks.
