I'm using DVD Shrink to re-author my DVDs to store on a NAS unit so I can play them back on my PS3 & KISS media player. I only take the main feature with 5.1 audio, use around 50% compression and store it in a single VOB file.

All the movies (over 40 so far) play fine but some have an incorrect playing time. This doesn't present much of a problem other than I can't jump to a specific point in time for that movie.

Does anyone know how I can solve this?

(PS I'm not interested in encoding to divx/xvid/etc so using any other method isn't any use to me)
