hi all can anyone help me ive been told that my starview box can be connected to my laptop with an rs232 lead which ive got but i dont no how to do it and were to go and download it and who to do that as well hope you can help thanks

You will need a null modem cable DB9F to DB9F.

If your pc does not have a serial port you will need a USB to serial port adapter to use in conjunction with the null modem cable.
